The Compact Disc - The producer warrants the CD to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. If during the thirty days a defect should appear your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the CD. The CD has been checked for known viruses at all stages of production. You are advised to back-up all programmes before using the CD and to use your own virus scanner upon inserting the CD.
