mushroom painting using coloured pencils

Back

Enlarged details of the Mushroom, dry blending the coloured pencils on watercolour paper.
Wheat from the Derwent range of coloured pencils was used for the under painting.
Warm Grey for the shadowed area under the cap of the mushroom.
The cap could be any colour you choose, this was not blended to completion,
but it does give a good example of the stages for the painting.
