ink drawing using Gillott 170 nib

This was just a quick pen and ink sketch, not a finished work. It was completed in about 15 minutes, using the Gillott 170 needle point dip pen nib and Roberson's Penman Classical Transparent Ink on 100 gsm white printer paper (hence the lack of 'crispness'). This is probably the worst type of paper for use with this sharp tined Joseph Gillott nib, but it was to hand and I was in a rush! If an idea arrives its best to commit it to paper at the first opportunity while still fresh in your mind.
